Dispute Policy

The following Dispute Policy is a legal contract between any user and

US Mobile Mechanic Leads regarding the use of your website and services. 

US Mobile Mechanic Leads is dedicated to delivering quality service.

 

To ensure clarity and fairness in our operations, we have established a definitive policy regarding disputes.

 

1. Notification of Dispute

Clients who have concerns or disagreements regarding the services provided by US Mobile Mechanic Leads are encouraged to contact us immediately to address these issues. Disagreements should be communicated in writing within 30 days of the service issue, sent via email to [leads@usmobilemechanicleads.com].

 

2. Consideration Period

Before officially filing a dispute, clients are urged to notify us of their concerns. During this period, clients should clearly state their issues and provide any relevant documentation. This allows us an opportunity to address and possibly resolve the concerns without moving to a formal dispute.

 

3. Filing a Dispute

If a client decides to proceed with filing a dispute after the consideration period, they must be aware that:
 

*Filing a dispute incurs a non-refundable fee of $1,500. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the dispute.



The act of filing a dispute signifies the termination of any further communication or negotiation regarding the issue from US Mobile Mechanic Leads.

Our response to the filed dispute will be our final communication.



4. Resolution and Collection

Once a dispute is filed, US Mobile Mechanic Leads will issue a final statement on the matter within 30 business days.

If the dispute fee and any other outstanding balances are not settled within 30 days following our final statement, the total amount due will be sent to collections. This action can result in additional collection fees and may negatively impact your credit rating.
